  2. The only two ways they could pull it off, are if Biden agrees to stop down and endorse another candidate--not likely, as he doesn't know he's so far gone. Or, if they cancel Biden by taking him out on a scandal, as they did to Andrew Cuomo. That's not likely either, as it would stain their party too close to the election.
