There's no verbal or written agreement between Trump and Cohen. This whole case is going to based on the convicted liar and perjurer, Michael Cohen.

The GA case has become a nightmare for Fani Willis who is facing a possible perjury case after the cell phone data and emails showed she lied about her relationship with Wade. 2.
