  1. This means anyone wielding a lightsaber would be burned in the arms and face from the radiant heat. Molten steel is at 1500 C, and it's very uncomfortable to have it near your body.

  2.  @manz7860  It's obvious pure imagination. Since we have no power source that small that can produce anywhere near that much energy.

  3.  @manz7860  Still movies have to be believable within their universe. Having someone survive a lightsaber through the abdomen is just as silly as having a villain who was slashed in two return with mechanical legs.
