Let me get this straight. China is getting deals for all the rare earth minerals they'll need to produce electric vehicles that will be mandated by the Biden administration, and Biden's response is to send a woke white lady to lecture the Africans about racism. Africans are actually not woke. The LGBT are not accepted.
