The indictment itself is a violation of the 6th Amendment. The charge is that he falsified business records to cover up a crime, but the indictment doesn't say what the "crime" is.

@CityBoyNYC The charge is "falsifying business records to cover up a crime". The indictment doesn't specify a "crime". The statute for "falsifying business records" has expired statute of limitations. Bragg had to charge under falsifying to cover up a crime. The D.A. has specified no "crime".

They're violating the defendant's right over and over again. It's also not a right of the judge for the defendant to attend the trial. Rather it's a constitutional right for the defendant to attend. Trump can choose not to attend if he desires.
