Like all of the Dem propaganda offensives, they took fake media narratives seriously like it was something with legal merit. Section 3 of the 14th amendment lists "Senator, Representative in congress and elector". But it doesn't list president. They claimed "officer of the United States" includes the president, but it doesn't. The president appoints all the officers. This is one reason these people should NOT be in charge. They will never stop with this twisting of the law and norms so they can cheat.

The last time Kieth Olbermann had a podcast, he was shrieking about "Russia hacking our election" all through 2017. Then at the end of 2017 he signed off with "My work here is done, I am confident that Trump will be removed from office for his traitorous Russian collusion." He's a nut job.

They never have any self-reflection. They always create some fake media narrative and go with it without any self criticism. An actually reading of section 3 of the 14th shows that it doesn't even include the president. It lists "senator, representative of congress, officer of the US, and elector", but does not say "president". The president is not and "officer of the United States", because by definition the "officers of the US" are appointed by the president. You cannot stop Dems from trying to cheat.

@lifeinthe80s You need to check the polls. Trump is set to win the popular vote and every swing state. Besides being elderly and senile, Brandon has alienated too many people including much of his base.

@laurahobgood5606 There is no legal standard for which is trial is "fair to citizens". The legal process is only required to be fair to the defendant. Also, this is all BS, just intended to stop Trump. Eg. they didn't prosecute Biden nor Pence for having classified documents illegally. But they're prosecuting Trump when he had the legal and constitutional right to have them as president. He took them from the WH when president, which he had the authority to do, and was expected to. All presidents take their documents.
