This is such a sham. Cohen doesn't have any credibility. He's a convicted liar and perjurer. They're pushed aside all normal legal standards just to go after Trump.

Both the judge and Bragg should be disbarred after this. They know that if the get a conviction, it will be overturned on appeal, for gross violations of legal and constitutional norms. They're just doing it hoping it will help Biden win.

@susanferrie7233 Cohen went to jail for numerous white collar crimes. The DOJ had him plead guilty to one campaign finance charge (that wasn't an actual crime), to connect him to Trump. But Trump can't over contribute to his own campaign.

@davezwick5539 Cohen isn't just a felon. He was convicted of 9 counts of lying to banks, and has been chewed out by judges, in court, for perjury. And committed perjury in a Congressional hearing.
