  3.  @chrism1503  The list of constitutional, and legal norms, that the judge and prosecutor broke is pages long. 8th amendment violation, selective application of the law, biased prosecutor and judge, lack of due process (eg no jury allowed). NY is full of unconstitutional laws. Eg. an MTA worker was fired for tearing up a Koran at a protest. He sued, and it went to the SCOTUS, and the MTA was required to give him his job back with back pay.
