  1.  @johngrey2784  Chris Rock declined to press charges. But he probably wouldn't get prison. It was a weak slap.

  2.  @ladywinter2536  It may have been an exaggeration if he's looking for a settlement. I think normally the laws are (A NY cop told me this about NY law) that it's a misdemeanor if there's no bruising. But if it leaves bruising then it's a felony.
