@marchanson9067 Charges aren't crimes. You really expect to win in November with a platform of repealing "innocent until proven guilty"?

The gag orders are to prevent him from defending himself. Cohen, the prosecution witness, felon, perjurer and man who paid Stormy Daniels of his own initiative, is smearing Trump on CNN every day. He can't defend himself in court because the judge is in on this. The judge wont allow evidence that will end the case, eg. Daniel's letter saying the affair didn't happen, Cohen's lawyer's letter saying that Trump had nothing to do with the payment to Daniels, and that Trump never signed the NDA.

@roxanneburkett7668 This whole trial is a legal joke, just done to interfere in the election to help the Democrat and hurt Trump. Gag orders are normally done to protect the defendant from someone biasing the jury. The jurors are already sworn to not read social media posts. So this is purely done to hurt Trump's case.

Immunity would end most of the Trump prosecutions, since it all covers things during his presidency. Biden already breaks the law with impunity. He had classified documents in his garage and 4 different offices that he stole from scifs as Senator and VP.

That's one of the many many absurd things about this case. This was all done by Cohen. Trump never paid Stormy Daniels, Trump never signed the NDA, Cohen wrote the records, and Stormy sued Trump and owes him $670,000. So if this was all a crime, why isn't Micheal Cohen on trial?

@williamcollins3565 The FEC investigated this in 2018, and they concluded that it was NOT a campaign expense. FFS. Trump didn't even make the payment. It was Michael Cohen. Get real. If he had recorded it as a campaign expense. You people would be trying to prosecute him for illegally spending campaign money. All this is making the SCOTUS rule for more presidential immunity--to protect legal systems, such as NY Manhattan, from themselves.
