  1. Shouldn't the first defense be that the charges make no sense? Trump is being charged with falsifying business records to cover up a crime, but there is no crime. I totally agree that the witnesses Cohen and Daniels have denied, in writing, their own stories. But the evidence is irrelevant when the charge is fraudulent.

  2.  @The00Dude  No. The U.S. state department is very vocal about wagging their fingers at other countries, such as Russia. But when they're promoting politically motivated trials meant to cheat in elections, they should sit down and listen.
