  3.  @mikehill480  Trump left the white house before Biden was sworn in. He declassified documents while still in office. What do they need them for? We never got the 30,000 documents that Hillary Clinton deleted, and she didn't have the power to declassify documents.

If the DOJ or FBI wanted documents (that they had a right to) the procedure is to subpoena them. Trump wasn't at Mar-a-lago. The president can declassify documents at will. He's not in trouble for an archive issue.
