  1. According to the Constitution there is no such thing as "hate speech". Also, the "you can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater" is a long since debunked case". It was literally referring to Jewish anti-war protesters who were passing out anti-war pamphlets during WW1. They were being prosecuted by the Wilson Administration.
