  4.  @fdsfaf132  I wouldn't rule it out completely. Trump pardoned Blogojavik. The most corrupt pardon in recent history was Clinton pardoning Mark Rich, who was a major Clinton donor, on the lam for tax charges. Just testifying isn't a payoff, because he could be subpoenaed anyways.
