  2. It's so inappropriate that the Democrats freak out of the Court. Biden, Garland, Jack Smith, and the rest of the political prosecutors forced the SCUTUS to rule on this. If they didn't rule that official acts were immune there would be prosecutions of every ex-president. And only those who could afford the legal costs, both in $$$ and int time, would run.

  3.  @cliff5043  These Trump prosecutions are unprecedented and doomed to fail. This particular case attempts to criminalize challenging an election. That's the constitutional right of every citizen. It's right in the First Amendment.

  6.  @sarahxyz2274  It was a federal election. The NY courts had no jurisdiction over federal campaign finance. We don't even know what the jury concluded. The court hid the accusations and jury judgement in vilation of the constitution.

  7.  @TheGeoffW  LOL The Democrat part is falling apart right now. It has split into factions, Obama faction which now has the media, and the Biden faction which doesn't want to give up power. The Obama faction hates the Biden faction because they're destroying the Democrat party--their chance at the WH and down ballot races. But they couldn't replace Biden anyways, without full on 25th, which would give Kamala, who would also lose.

The corrupt judge instructed them to pick one of several crimes, which were not proven in court, and he told them they DID NOT have to agree. That is all unconstitutional . None of this nonsense, politicized justice matters. Because the Biden campaign and presidency is falling apart. Biden will lose, and this corrupt case will be overturned in higher courts.
