@Gaber8845 They only need reasonable suspicion to get a warrant. You can't sue a judge anyways.

@Gaber8845 They didn't find anything when they raided Mar-a-Lago. The FBI even brought it's own folders with red "classified" marking and took a picture for CNN.

@dauferm They had to use "novel legal theories" to raid Trump. Trump had the right to have his presidential records. They were trying to retrieve Russia hoax documents. Because they might have jeopardized Democrats in the future.

It's really rich that the Democrats are now saying this is "political retribution". They raided Trump's house the day after he announced he was running for president again.

Presidents all take their presidential records when they leave office. The president can't "steal" documents, as he has the power to declassify.
