  8.  @daftwulli6145  There's no proof Trump broke any laws. When every president leaves there are disputes over personal vs. archived records. The law favors the ex-president because the president has the power to declassify anything. Biden gave the NARA the go ahead for this by removing Trump's executive privilege. The thing is, the next president will probably be a Republican, and now he will do it to Biden.

They're his presidential records. And a president can't be in trouble for holding top secret documents. Because the president has final authority on classification.
