Court cases require her to understand terms. For example, if there is a case on admission of women in the military, how can she rule on it if she doesn't know what a woman is?

@AlluKat Blackburn asked the question right after bringing up the VA Military Institute. It was a supreme court case ruling whether the VMI policy of not admitting women was Constitutional. The definition of a woman came up in that very important case. This is very ridiculous. @AlluKat The only conclusion her position is consistent with is that the law does not distinguish between men and women. It does at many levels. The leftists who have a strong voice in this administration don't have much forethought. We would have women in the mens' prisons. Womens' sports leagues would be eliminated. There would be no gendered bathrooms.
