With a fair trial it's the defense versus the prosecution. With these clown world cases, it's the defense verses the judge and prosecution.

@jakedoe1054 It's amazing how ignorant the people who support these clown cases are. It's not on the defendant to just prove their innocence. The people who lived 250 years ago who wrote the constitution, knew that you can't prove a negative.

@brucepoole8552 Judge Thomas is not making money off of a trial. Judge Merchan's family is raising millions in campaign donation for Democrats off of this trial. Cohen is also making money on social media with this case.

@paulsaulpaul They've done away with the presumption of innocence. In this trial, the prosecution just throws a lot of mud at the wall, and then the judge and prosecution demand "Now prove you're innocent". If things play out appropriately, they should get disbarred for this.

@user-ut6jj8kv1s The judge is working for the prosecution, not "doing his job". The Stormy Daniels testimony last week was immaterial and only don't to malign the defendant in front of the jury.

@user-ut6jj8kv1s That's not how trials work. It depends on the prosecution making their case with evidence. And the defense poking holes in their evidence or testimony.

Makes you really wonder about the state of the US legal system. If a surgeon or pilot was this loose with the rules and reckless they would end up in jail.
