  5. But it's spin so obvious, that normies are not buying. Trump had the power of declassification. So any case for mishandling documents is not going anywhere. Clinton was sued over taking tapes, and the court ruled that he had the authority to declare documents persona and the act of taking them was declassification. And that was just a civil case.
