  1. Bragg is asserting that it's a crime that Trump didn't report the expenditures as campaign expenses. But the FEC doesn't consider them to be campaign expenditures. First, how does Bragg have authority over federal elections. Second, it's an obvious Catch-22. If Trump reported it as a campaign finance expenditure, then it would be contradicting the FEC.
