  1. "He was traumatized by prison". They are really overreaching in this case. He freaked out because he didn't want to go back to prison for violating his parole.

  2.  @nonnel0355  I don't know why anyone would pity him for getting the consequences of a parole violation. I think they let him out early because of the COVID-19 situation.

  3. They're lying by omission and directly also. The guy was on parole. Police weren't supposed to just let him go. The cop did not kick the suspect. He kicked the taser out of the way to give cpr.

  4. This guy was out on parole. That means he's under supervision. Not breaking the law is one condition for his release.

  6. He was out on parole, so he was going back to the joint for violating parole. "Parole" means he was still serving his sentence, but they let him out as long as he behaves himself.
