  3. The Democrats got Alvin Bragg to take the fall. The best outcome for him is that the jury does not convict. Because if it does, and this goes to the Supreme Court, his career as a prosecutor is over.

  4. All of the prosecution's witnesses are a disaster. Wait till they bring Cohen and Stormy Daniels on the stand. They have literally taken every possible position on the events of this case, in writing. And Cohen is a serial perjurer.

  5.  @NavyGuy2OO7  The strategy of this case is to charge Trump with a book keeping misdemeanor "in furtherance of a crime". (never mind the statute of limitations has expired, Trump didn't keep the books, and they were private records so no one saw them anyways) But they have never specified a "crime". They're just flinging mud all over the place hoping something sticks. But that's not how a real case works. You have to charge someone with breaking a statute, and then prove it.
