  1. This panel didn't mention the fact that makes this just a political stunt by the DOJ. The president can declassify anything. So they found documents Trump declassified when he left. So what? A prosecution would never stick. So most AG's wouldn't even bother. But the idiotic Dem base is driving Garland to beclown himself.

  2. This is a BS discussion. The president has the power to declassify anything. They're not classified documents because the president can essentially declassify anything by saying so. In practice Garland could prosecute him, but it would just go to a higher court and get thrown out. And he'd have egg on his face.
