  3. Every corporate news article says "without Trump testifying". Of course Trump is not testifying. A grossly biased judge, and a prosecution with an incredibly weak case. The judge would just pull the same stunt he did with Costello, not let the defense ask questions, and let the prosecution ask any irrelevant or leading question.

This entire case rests on a strained, ridiculous BS legal theory, and Michael Cohen's testimony--a serial perjurer, felon, and thief, who committed perjury at least 3 times in this case. The documents consist of retainer checks Trump paid Cohen. And former federal prosecutor Robert Costello contradicts Cohen's whole story.
