  1. All three are basic constitutional rulings. The three "liberal" justices don't argue the constitution. They just argue whether it's good political policy. Eg. Jackson argued that it's important that we have more black doctors, because "black babies have twice the survival rate with a black doctor." That's totally false BTW.

  2. It's awesome that they also lost with the circuit court decision blocking the FBI, NSA, etc. from meddling with social media.

  3. "I'm a liberal and I agree with all three SCOTUS rulings." That makes perfectly logical sense. The Democrats are no longer liberal, they're leftists. The Constitution was written by (classical) liberals.
