The judge instructed the jurors that they do not have to agree on what the, unspecified, crime was that Donald Trump covered up with the record that was recorded by his comptroller who never talked to Trump. I want to know what happens to crook judges like this. This will got to the SCOTUS because this is a clear violation of the 6th amendment, and also 5th and 6th.

  3.  @CMane  Then you aren't following this case. The charge is that Trump wrote a fraudulent business record (even though his comptroller kept the record. Trump had nothing to do with it), for the purpose of covering up a crime. The prosecution never specified the crime--not even in the jury instructions.
