  1. The DA lied about the incident. The cop gave Brooks CPR and later called to medics asking how he was. The DA is completely misrepresenting what happened.

  3.  @crystalbishop6971  Before one even gets to legal matters on the use of force. The D.A. is never supposed to give a press conference and lie about the case. This is some kind of political stunt, due to the fact he's being investigated for embezzling money.

  4.  Delphine Wells  We know the DA lied because there are multiple videos available. BTW. Rashard Brooks was pounding those cops, felony assault, and he tried to taser them also.
