So the prosecution's star witness Grosskreutz carried a Glock illegally and pulled it on a 17 year old after chasing him. And he is just forgiven, no charges.

@kd8836 That lawsuit is not going anywhere. He left out from both the suit and his interview with the police that he was carrying (illegally) a pistol. It entirely his fault for getting shot. He pulled his gun on someone who legally shot back.
