This is just a more extreme version of the Democrat 2016 strategy. They're campaigning entirely negatively. Their problem is, we've had 3.5 years to see that Biden is incompetent, and it didn't work last time. And the lawfare is so blatant, that they're not even respecting Trump's constitutional rights. The judge instructed the jury in Manhattan that they don't have to agree on what "crime" Trump covered up. Even thought the prosecution didn't address what that crime was, and Trump didn't record the record that was supposed to be the cover up--his comptroller did, and it was a private record.
