  1. Dershowitz's argument was that judges should just rubber stamp every warrant request. That's total BS. What's the point of requiring a judge to approve a warrant then?

  2. Dershowitz is part of the farce that he writes books against. The DOJ, FBI, and this judge are going to retreat into secrecy, where they never justify what they do, but they score political points (or attempt to) by leaking false information. Eg. "Trump had nuclear secrets". That's an abuse of the system.

  4. So Dershowitz is obsessed with defending this Jeffry Epstein judge. He says a search warrant wasn't appropriate, but the judge did the right thing by approving one? What kind of captious BS is that. The reason the need warrants in the US is so that judges wont issue them when they're inappropriate.
