A lot of people are saying it's absurd. It just came down to and activist DA and activist judge with TDS willing to proceed and ruin their legal careers to get Trump. It's similar to the CO 14th Amendment nonsense. Democrats on the CO Supreme Court played politics, and then it got struck down 9-0 at the SCOTUS, where they take their job more seriously.

@Liebuster2024 This is a fake case. There is no criminality. The FEC ruled that this wasn't a campaign expense way back in 2018.

@davemarchildon2583 There's no crime here. The FEC investigated this and ruled in 2018 that this payment wasn't a campaign expense. Also, this is just a story by Daniel's and the convict Cohen. All they have are attorney retainer checks Trump paid Cohen. Trump had no involvement whatsoever in the payment.

It's not just based on absurd legal nonsense, as Turley explained. They also have no evidence. All they have is 2 attorney retainer checks Trump paid to Cohen. Trump never told Cohen to pay off Ms. Daniels. It's all based on nonsense stories from a convicted liar and perjurer.
