@jake-ch5tu The judge freaked out because Costello, federal prosecutor from SD NY, contradicts all of Cohen's lies. Tell me again how Cohen, felon, serial perjurer, grifter and thief, is credible, while Costello isn't.

@jonathansanders7756 It's not normal. Costello's testimony cancels out the entire testimony of the prosecution's liar witness, Cohen. So the judge and media panicked and created this fake narrative that Costello "sank Trump's case". It's the testimony and witness credibility that matters. Not who grovels to the crook judge.

@Sigma-gene This psycho insecure judge flipped out because Costello made eye contact. Dershowitz was there, and said he never saw behavior like that from a judge.

@bparagal "The Trump team didn’t convince the jury that he’s innocent." Trump's team never had to do that. The prosecution has to prove their case. The defense doesn't have to "prove their innocence". That's one of at least 20 reasons this will be overturned on appeal. The court is not following American legal standards.

@jonathansanders7756 The judge is insecure, because he knows he's conducting a mistrial for the sake of his political group. If he appropriately dismissed the case, his daughter would lose 10s of millions in contributions for Democrats.
