  1. At least United Airlines announced this, so I know not to every fly with them. Having an inexperienced pilot is your greatest risk to being in a crash. Many things can go wrong, and an old experienced pilot knows what to do. Air France Paris to Rio in 2009 crashed into the ocean because 2 rookie pilots (capt. was taking a nap) stupidly put the plane in a high altitude stall, so it fell into the sea.
