It's also extremely creepy--down to Pelosi tweeting that "Trump will have the opportunity to prove his innocence." Pelosi, is a creep. You can't "prove your innocence" against incoherent charges. That's why Anglo/American law has the presumption of innocence.

  3. I'm wondering what happens, a year or two from now and this clown case comes up to appeal. (People like the fascist f-ck in the comments, should recall that they don't have the SC. ) What does a high court say to a judge and prosecutor who brings grossly inappropriate case, that's this blatant? There's even a letter from Robert J. Costello, Cohen's former lawyer, stating that Cohen is a liar and Trump had nothing to do with the payment.

  4.  @enufots4621  Are you re1arded? The precedent is that a local DA can prosecute a major party candidate based on the flimsiest case. So next up a DA in TX should indict Biden family members for money laundering, for example.
