To be clear the WHO actively lied at the beginning of the pandemic, such as saying there is "no evidence of human to human transmission" in January. It might be useful to try to reform it. But Biden didn't do that. He just gave them our money sycophantishly, "go ahead and lie to us.", sorry that last guy wasn't always nice.
