  1. Dershowitz was explaining why intent is not relevant when it's non-criminal behavior. All these people, Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, Nadler, and their media defenders are complete hacks. It was their argument that Trump was guilty because he was concerned about his political future, a standard that's inappropriate by Dershowitz's argument.

  2. The Senate did the right thing. It's obvious that if the Democrats have their way then this will never end. For 3 years they have been saying that the next person who claims dirt on Trump is a "bombshell", the "beginning of the end", and every time it turns out to be just more gossip that doesn't go anywhere. Only a total weakling Republican would vote to continue this.
