Their problem is that their narratives are BS. Harris' campaign is saying Trump is lazy, lacking energy and not well. And he's more disciplined than Biden/Harris. Biden/Harris never address problems, they just dance around an issue and blame Trump. How many times have you heard from Dems that inflation, the Afghanistan debacle, Ukraine, and the open border are all Trump's faul? They all happened under Biden/Harris.
