@grahampaterson4368 You already forgot the classified documents case. Special prosecutor Hur found he broke the law, but declined to prosecute saying he was too old and out of it.

@grahampaterson4368 He "split the baby" like Jim Comey in the Clinton documents case. He applied favoritism and privilege to Biden, but had to give a reason because the evidence clearly indicated he violated the law.

@MachiavellisThePrince Nobody else, besides Trump, would be prosecuted on those charges. It was a misdemeanor records charge with expired statute of limitations, which was raised to a felony based on another crime that was never specified. That's not even constitutional. It was purely politically motivated, like the civil case with the low IQ AG, where the governor even stated publicly that the real estate developers in NY do not have to worry because we're only doing this to Trump.

@grahampaterson4368 He's just spinning his decision not to prosecute. The report proves that Biden DID break the law. He illegally had classified documents at 6 different locations. And shared them with his ghost writer. "Let's go to the basement. That's where the classified documents are." --Biden to his ghost writer. "How could anyone be so irresponsible." --Biden to Stephanpolous, regarding Trump's documents. That's how inept the Democrats are. You politicize the justice system for your political ends. But then people are going to judge you in the context of a politicized justice system.

@grahampaterson4368 The Biden documents case was bone head simple and straight forward. It is a crime for anyone (except the president) to have classified documents outside of a SCIF. It is also illegal to retain them and to share them. On the other hand, the Trump case was a Frankenstein, stapling different charges, to get around the expired statute of limitations, trying a federal case (which the DOJ declined) in state court, hiding the second charge, allowing the jury to split their verdict (against SCOTUS rulings), with a judge whose family fundraised off the case for Democrats Schumer and Schiff.
