Ahmed took the case off an 80s Radio Shack alarm clock and put it in a pencil case he bought at Walmart.   Anyone 6 or older could do that.  Texas has a thriving electronics industry and the largest medical research center in the world.   What kind of asshole would say that a kid who can operate a screw driver is "too smart for Texas".
