Anything can be approved.  A medicine has to go through about 4 double blind placebo controlled studies.  But from what I've heard to get off Heroine an addict has to go through 3 days of withdrawal that feel like a bad flu.  We've all had the flu.  It sucks, but you can handle it, no big deal.

  2. That's going to cause a problem in Indonesia in the future. Countries like that usually don't have medical systems like the developed world, meaning either you have health benefits or money or you stay home and die.
