@arturobuco It's a representative system, not a straight majority rule. Majority rule would infringe on the rights of minorities.

@cfc1251 It's not the same condition, at all. Biden said "I am confident I will beat Joe Biden". "I'm Joe Biden, I'm running for US Senate...(incoherent mumbles)" He has dementia. That's not the same as just not being eloquent. You can see people cringing when he's speaking.

@cfc1251 I have to wonder why you want this debate. Biden said "I will beat Joe Biden", and he called a doctor "Dr. Pepper", he called Obama "President..ah ah ah...my boss." He tried to quote the declaration of independence "All men and women are...ah.. ah...you know the thing". Trump is going to eat him alive during the debates.

@cfc1251 Hillary didn't win those debates. In fact, just being out and on camera hurt Hillary Clinton because she has a grating personality. She shrank when exposed to the light.

@cfc1251 That's not accurate. Slavery wasn't an American tradition outside of slave states. It was illegal in free states. The Democrat party was more leftwing at least as far back as FDR. The Democrat party had 2/3 of the black vote by the 30s.

@Blackfyre741 Right.... That were harvested without legitimate addresses or valid signatures. That's why that isn't a comeback. The Democrats didn't accept the 2016 vote for 4 years, with no election irregularities or unconstitutional vote rule changes. It was pure entitlement that outraged them.

@timopint1125 Nobody has won with 30% less votes. But you can win with fewer total votes. Because in the US the presidential election is decided by an electoral college. It's based on the total number of states and the number of their electors. Trump got a few million fewer votes total in 2016, because Clinton got superfluous extra votes in CA. Trump, won popular vote in 50 states --CA. Clinton, won popular vote in CA, by large margin.

The Democrats are also engaging in constant election interference. The Trump indictments are unprecedented. And are purely for election interference. (just as the intelligence agencies suppressed the Hunter laptop in 2020, to influence the election) The documents case only makes sense if you ignore that the president has THE constitutional authority of document classification. And the Pres. Records Act is a civil statute. The president decides what are presidential records and what are personal records.
