  2. Neither of those Outer Limits episodes have the same plot at all as the Terminator. Soldier:  A soldier from the future is thrown back in time to the 1960's, and has difficulty relating to people because he was bread to be a soldier. Demon with a Glass Hand:  Someone is sent back 1000 years in time, with the human race being destroyed by alien invaders in the future.  He must get the 3 missing fingers on his glass had for the computer to tell him what is going on.  After defeating the aliens sent back to kill him, he finds out that he is a robot with the human race encoded on a wire inside him.  He must survive for 1200 years to resurrect the human race after the invasion. The only thing the Terminator has in common is a robot/soldier sent back in time.  But in neither of Elison's stories is it an assassin.
