  1. The title is too ironic. The reason the SCOTUS has to make a ruling on presidential immunity is that the Democrats have started the cycle (which is the norm in Latin America and Africa) where the incumbent prosecutes his opponent or predecessor. And, this ridiculous and unconstitutional Bragg case is forcing them to rule on the side of immunity.

  3. The civil liberty of Democrats to prosecute their political opponents? You people cased this case to happen. The SCOTUS is one of the few institutions to prevent the US from adopting the politics of Latin America.

  4. @mainely8007 Alito didn't say anything about violent right wing action. A leftist was arrested in a plot to assassinate Kavanaugh a couple years ago.
