@jmthunk He was requesting an audit which is 100% legal. It happens all the time with mail in ballots that the count is full of illegal votes, and legal votes which weren't counted. That's what happened in the Franken vs Coleman senate race in MN. Coleman won the the count, then the Democrat audited the count and they found the votes for Franken. So should Franken be prosecuted.

There are always many illegal ballots, with mail in voting--no signature, filled out by other people, run off on a printer, no correct address, voters who have left the state. But Democrats are "apples and oranges" If it's a Democrats who loses, you carefully audit until you "find the votes". If it's a Republican, then you illegally stonewall on a audit, and even corrupt inner city courts involved.

@thomasmurphy1562 That's the scam. Raffensberger was in on the steel. There are affidavits that stacks of ballots were run off on a printer, toner, with no fold. 60k votes were from people who moved out of the state.

@jmthunk A recount is NOT an audit. They just recounted the same votes, including the illegal votes. Raffensperger was in on the fraud. That's why he illegally stonewalled on the mandated hearing and audit.

@jmthunk This actually explains how the Democrats cheat. Mass mail in voting is totally prone to fraud and illegal ballots. There are many many ballots without signatures, proper address, ballots from people who moved out of state (obviously filled out by others at their former residence). When it's a candidate you oppose the audit is illegal. But when it's a Democrat, eg. Franken vs Coleman in MN, they will audit all the votes excluding illegal votes and including some which improperly disqualified, until Franken wins.

Why do you guys actually think that's a gotcha? Trump was refering to the approximately 60,000 votes by people who moved out of GA. The GA state government was required by law to give him a hearing and an audit, which they never did. Because Raffensberg was in on the steal.

More likely, this DA will send Trump to the White House. By the way, this case will never survive appeal, even if it goes anywhere.
