  3. The Biden administration forced this issue by sending its DOJ after a former president and leading political challenger. If the precedent the Democrats have been trying to set this election cycle holds then every former president will be prosecuted. Obama could be prosecuted for the murder of Anwar Al alwaki and his teen son.
