@DrakeSmith-tn6ij There are a lot of things that aren't explicitly written in the Constitution which are Constitutional law. Eg. the President has plenary power of classification and declassification of documents. It has to originate with an executive power. So it's from the president's Article 2 power as C in C. This is the first time a party has been so desperate that they would maliciously prosecute an ex-president. Obama could be prosecuted for murder. He assassinated US citizens.
