@spiceyhotpot The lower court ruling was not well reasoned. That's why the SCOTUS took it. They also take cases the consider constitutionally important. The Democrats are doing their best to argue FOR presidential immunity, with the ridiculous Alvin Bragg case, where the prosecution has argued for days but not stated an underlying crime.

This judge is a hack. Judges have immunity. They cannot be prosecuted or sued for their rulings. Obama assassinated 2 US citizens. What Trump did, try to overturn the certification of an election, was legal. Without immunity, Obama could be tried for murder.

Why wouldn't they consider it? Obama assassinated 2 US citizens. Now the Democrat party, and this low IQ judge, is setting the precedent that Obama would be tried for murder.

@kybed The Presidents always had implicit immunity. Every president has done things that were prosecutable. Obama assassinated 2 US citizens. FDR put citizens in prison camps. Johnson lied the US into war. Bush lied to get the US to go to war. Clinton blew up a pharmaceutical plant. Biden is involved in illegal human trafficking. Trump has the cleanest record.

@spiceyhotpot The Democrats forced the SCUTUS to set the legal precedent here. If the Democrats' precedent set this election cycle stands, there there will be no functioning elections again. Biden is trying to jail his opponent. Then when Trump gets in, he will prosecute the Democrats. In particular, Obama assassinated 2 US citizens, so he could stand trial for murder. Also Hillary Clinton's classified document case could be re-opened. Biden could be prosecuted for the classified documents he stole from the SCIF.

That just shows you know nothing about constitutional law. The constitutional power of document classification originates with the Article 2 power of the President as Commander in Chief. The president is the one person who DOES have the authority to declassify all national secrets.

They're not. This guy is a hack. These aren't only hypotheticals. All presidents could be prosecuted. Obama even assassinated 2 US citizens without due process.
