  3.  @sandarahcatmom9897  They're in the report. It was a crime for Biden to take classified documents (senators, and VP's have no authority to declassify). It was a crime for him to keep them. And it was a crime for Biden to tell his ghost writer classified info. General Petraus had to pay a $100,000 fine and 5 years probation for much lesser offense.

  5. James Comey did NOT state that there was no criminal case against Clinton. He said the opposite. Then he added something "intent" which isn't a part of the law. Similarly, this report says that Biden broke the law. And again the SC added something that doesn't exist in the law, that Biden is to senile to be convicted.

  6. Except the appropriate response would have been for Comey and this Counsel to indict. Both reports make clear that they broke the law.

Trump had presidential declassification authority, and the right under the Pres. Records act to have all his records.

  8. They have to justify not indicting for obvious evidence of criminality. It's Biden's and Hillary Clinton's fault. They got special treatment for being DC establishment, but the special counsel has to justify their non-prosecution.

  9.  @bwj1158  Reagan wasn't nearly in Biden's condition at the end of his 2nd term. Reagan could negotiate SALT treaties with Gorbachev. Biden can't answer simple questions without embarrassment.

  12. But their other option would have been to indict. The SC had to spin their decision not to indict given that there is clear evidence of criminality.
