  3. @otterthevegan That's not true Biden was 8 points ahead in the polls. The polls favor the Democrat, so Biden won by 3%. So Trump is actually 5% ahead, and will win nearly every swing state.

The entire anti-Trump elite lawfare crowd was certain that a presidential candidate could be remove with a reconstruction era clause in the 14th. Then they got shot down 9-0 by SCOTUS. This is similar. The president enjoys some level of immunity. The Trump cases broke a 248 year precedent.
